Amazing Animals is a nonprofit wildlife preserve in St. Cloud, Florida. Founded in 2009 by Brian Braitsch as a small reptile rescue, it has since grown into a thriving education center with more than 100 animals, including fan favorites like sloths, capybaras, and foxes.

The challenge
For years, all tour reservations were managed manually. Guests had to call or email to check availability, make payments, and receive booking confirmations. Each reservation required Brian personally to handle multiple steps, from confirming times to sending follow-up emails and instructions.
